Alice Madness Returns: Alice (in normal and hysteria mode) make up tutorial

Okay, Pewdiepie started these "Alice Madness Returns" series on his channel some months back, but for unknown reasons he stopped playing it, after a few episodes (Watch the first episode here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ty4Wgu-N9gg). Basically, he was the one who got me crazy over this game. It's just SO COOL. I wish I could play it! I'm not really a PC gamer, though (I'm only one for Minecraft!), I prefer PlayStation better... but I do not own the third PS. Let me cry in a corner.
I have watched several videos from other Youtubers and it's one of the best games I've ever seen! I totally recommend it!

Speaking of games, don't forget to check out this upcoming gaming channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/JordanLeeFurness

Now, to the tutorial! I wanted to try Alice in her other costumes, because I was fascinated by them, but later I realised her make up stayed the same and only her dresses changed (except the Cheshire appearance, in which her skin turns gray), so I went for the regular Alice (in the dress she wears while being in Wonderland) and the freaky Alice, when she is in Hysteria Mode.
I am aware my costumes look nothing like the ones in the game, but hey, I'm not here to cosplay, I'm here to show make up! ;)
And ignore the "Vorpal Knife", it's just a kitchen knife haha

MAC Ruby Woo Lipstic Review

I have recently become obsessed with this red lipstick, so I went to the store and bought it.

I have always wanted a matte red lipstick, but I couldn't find one as matte as I wanted it to be.
This one is so matte it's harder to apply than the rest of the lipsticks. So, for better application moisturizing the lips (with a lipbalm for example) is the best thing to do.

(I look sleepy haha)
I am really pleased with it. It's the perfect red lipstick to me.

It looks really good, I admit! Note that I didn't use a lip liner, the base was crap and I didn't use concealer around the lipstick, so I can have clear edges.

Overall, I LOVE IT! The only thing I didn't like was its price. 18,50 are too much for one lipstick.

Movie of the week: The Bling Ring (2013)

I apologize for not uploading this on time. I am really bad at scheduling.

This week's movie is "The Bling Ring".

"The Bling Ring is a 2013 American satirical black comedy crime film based on actual events. Directed, written and produced by Sofia Coppola, it features an ensemble cast including newcomers Israel Broussard, Katie Chang and Claire Julien, as well as Taissa Farmiga and Emma Watson, the movie's main marketing scheme.
The Bling Ring tells the story of a group of teenagers obsessed with fashion and celebrity that burglarize celebrities’ homes in Los Angeles. Tracking their targets’ whereabouts online, they break-in and steal their designer clothes and possessions. Reflecting on the naiveté of youth and the mistakes we all make when young, amplified by today’s culture of celebrity and luxury brand obsession, we see through the members of the Bling Ring temptations that almost any teenager would feel. What starts out as teenage fun spins out of control and leaves us with a sobering view of our culture today.
Filming began in March 2012. It opened the Un Certain Regard section of the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and released in the United States on June 14 (limited) and on June 21 (nationwide). It received positive reviews, with critics praising Watson's, Broussard's and Chang's performances."

My thoughts: I don't want to be negative, but I will be. The movie was bad. Very bad. I felt like I was watching the same thing over and over again. There were lots of scenes, that I was begging for them to end, because they were, basically, showing nothing. They were there just to make the movie longer. It was very weak. The only reason to watch it is Emma Watson.

I'm giving this movie a 5/10.
